What is Essence Psychology known for?

Essence Psychology is a multidisciplinary mental health practice in Singapore. Since 2007, our clinicians have contributed to public conversations on mental health, relationships, intimacy, workplace wellbeing, leadership, masculinity and personal growth through press commentary, interviews, talks, podcasts and academic publications.

Much of this coverage features our founder, Oberdan Marianetti, creator of Integrative Essence Therapy (IET). We present it here as part of the clinic's wider commitment to public education, clinical excellence and making psychological insight practical and accessible.
