Service Description
As a new potential client, you want to make sure that the therapist you work with is the right one for you. This 60 minutes consultation will answer the questions that will help you decide how to better derive value from our work together. If you are attending as a couple, you can choose to split the session 30 minutes each, or have it jointly. This session can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 before its scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT For bookings made manually through the clinic, full payment must be completed 48 hours before the session start date and time. Unpaid sessions will be released. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS You may change or cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are charged at 100% of the session fee. LATENESS If you arrive within the first 15 minutes, the session can still proceed, although the remaining time may limit how deeply we are able to work. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time are treated as a no-show and the session is considered used. 6-SESSION PLANS Six-session plans are valid for six months from the date of purchase. If you need more time to use outstanding sessions, a one-month extension may be purchased for S$100, provided the extension is arranged before the plan expires. Any paid plan can be terminated subject to a 20% admin fee on the outstanding number of sessions.
